Our Beliefs & Values

Team Spirit

Everything we do at ClickerWA comes down to being creative and working together. Our mission is to create inspiring, innovative games while maintaining a team culture grounded in empathy, clarity, and purpose.

Here's the thing we figured out pretty early on - great games come from great people, period. Our team's got designers, engineers, storytellers—all kinds of creative folks—and we're all obsessed with making games that are just... more fun than anything else out there.

Here, remote doesn’t mean distant. Whether across the screen or across the table, we grow and play as one.

Our History

  • 2019

ClickerWA was founded by two game designers passionate about interactive storytelling.
What began as a side project quickly turned into a full-time mission, and our first title launched in late 2019—garnering early attention for its stylized art and surprising mechanics. This was just the beginning.

  • 2020

In 2020, we launched our first mobile action-puzzle game and opened publishing partnerships with indie creators.
We scaled up our internal engine framework, expanded to 10 new platforms, and built our first proprietary analytics pipeline.

  • 2021

    Our multiplayer division was born.
We shipped two cross-platform PVP titles and introduced real-time server-based multiplayer to our tech stack.
Our internal design lab grew by 40%, enabling more experimentation and iterative prototyping at scale.

  • 2022

    We moved into hybrid-casual territory.
We went a little crazy that year—tested out 17 different game ideas and actually shipped 6 of them. Our rapid prototyping process was working overtime.
The studio also formalized its publishing division, expanding support for remote teams in Latin America and Europe.

  • 2023

2023 was honestly pretty crazy for us.
Two of our hybrid titles reached global top charts in over 20 countries.
We introduced new genre blends—tactical merge, multiplayer idle, and narrative clickers—and were featured in major developer showcases for innovation in cross-genre design.

  • 2024

ClickerWA continues to explore, partner, and build.
Our 2024 goals include more collaborations, improved backend tech, and releasing our first live-ops title.
We're still focused on hiring great people from all backgrounds, letting our team create freely, and building a dev community where everyone actually helps each other out.
